What excites you:

  • Own Enterprise Quota: Take responsibility for an individual quota with a focus on large enterprise clients.
  • Pipeline Development: Drive pipeline creation through strategic prospecting, leveraging multiple channels and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Complex Deal Management: Manage the entire sales cycle for high-value, complex opportunities—from initial engagement through to closing.
  • Account Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies for enterprise clients, ensuring long-term value and upsell opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve skills through training, coaching, and self-directed learning.

What excites us: 

  • B2B Sales Experience: 5+ years in closing new B2B business in tech, fintech, or finance sales.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: 3+ years in closing new enterprise business, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistent track record of exceeding assigned quotas, ideally with six-figure deal sizes.
  • Pipeline Creation & Management: Demonstrated success in prospecting and building a robust pipeline.
  • SaaS, FinTech, or Technology Sales Background: Proven experience selling in SaaS, FinTech, or tech industries.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Experience with multi-stakeholder, consultative sales engagements at the enterprise level.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and manage sales activities effectively.
  • High Ownership & Accountability: Strong sense of ownership for achieving and exceeding goals.

Nice to have

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics or supply chain industries.
  • Factoring Experience: Understanding of factoring and financial services.

Compensation Range: 

$200,000 OTE

$100,000 base + $100,000 commission (uncapped)

For annual compensation, our pay ranges for all roles are based on geographic location, job responsibilities and experience, benchmarked against similar stage companies in our industry. We share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Every final offer presented is determined by several components including location as well as candidate experience and skills, and could alter from the amounts listed above.
