POSITION SUMMARY

We seek an experienced, passionate, and resourceful Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team. In our team, you’ll define and execute product compliance strategies, policies and processes. You'll help ensure the EarnIn' products meet regulatory standard and compliance certifications. You'll work with the rest of the compliance team to partner with compliance agencies and you'll have a deep understanding of the compliance space.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience in the compliance space
• Proficient in coordinating internal and external testing processes, developing test plans, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with both domestic and international requirements.
• Strong capability to provide training and guidance to teams to prevent compliance issues throughout the product lifecycle, from initial design to production and delivery.
• Experience participating in product design reviews, with the ability to identify, interpret, and apply applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
• Proven ability to serve as a technical expert on regulatory compliance, effectively liaising with regulatory agencies and internal teams.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product compliance strategies, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
