The Role

The Quote to Cash Sr Manager is responsible for overseeing all functions of Order Management, Billing, Credit and Collections, and dispute resolution. 

What You’ll Do

  • Leda, train, and mentor the Quote to Cash team
  • Work with sales teams and managers to resolve fulfillment issues and gather required documentation needed for close.
  • Provide support to sales team in building quotes and assist with quoting.
  • Oversee the sales help desk and triage related order management questions from the sales team, renewals team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage all invoicing requirements to ensure successful billing output to customers worldwide.
  • Provide direction and support for the team, while resolving or escalating complicated scenarios appropriately
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a streamlined quote-to-cash process with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Manage Salesforce administrative tasks including returns, account merges/transfers, name changes, asset allocations, etc.
  • Adhere to best practices and efficiencies within the company.
  • Prepare, provide, and explain billing reconciliation and tie-out at month end period.
  • Review monthly billing reconciliations to ensure all bookings as of the end of the month have been successfully synched to ERP and invoiced or appropriately deferred.
  • Provide weekly status updates to Director; communicate issues that may prevent the team from meeting monthly goals and commitments.
  • Identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in quote-to-cash processes.
  • Adhere to and assist in developing internal controls (SOX), Internal & External Audits practices, Dispute resolution, Analytics and Reporting 
  • Manage special projects and analysis as required to meet the responsibilities/objectives and other assignments. 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience
  • At least 5 + years of related Order Management experience in a software or technology company
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership capacity to resolve problems within a cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with and lead a team located in multiple locations.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow outlined policies and procedures, and make recommendations for process changes.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to continuing the company's high growth rate and best-in-class service level.

Nice To Have

  • Sage Intacct, Salesforce.com, and/or large CRM/ERP experience a plus
