Job description

Resource Innovations is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator to become a vital part of our expanding team in San Juan, PR. We're in search of a motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator. In this capacity, you will assist LUMA customers interested in applying for program rebates or those who have already submitted applications but need further information.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support to LUMA customers who are interested in applying for program rebates or who have already applied and seeking additional information.
  • Take customer service calls in pursuit of first call resolution while providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments in servicing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environment.
  • Process applications and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of applications, rebates and other supporting documents.
  • Enter/extract data into/out of program tracking system.
  • Compile and assess program data for program reporting purposes.
  • Safeguard confidential customer information.
  • May provide peer training to co-workers and job shadowing support as assigned in area of responsibility.
  • Willing to support any program within the department as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • College degree or 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Detail oriented, sharp memory and accuracy skills
  • Experience working with online platforms and/or databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
