Role Overview:

As an Analytics Implementation Specialist, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge analytics and business growth, ensuring our clients maximize their data potential through seamless implementations and advanced tracking technologies like server-side tagging and iOS14 updates. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals passionate about transforming data into actionable insights for business success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Onboarding and Client Success (70%):
    Manage the end-to-end tagging implementations for a portfolio of dedicated clients. Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Elevar platform. Act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing tracking needs and delivering tailored solutions that unlock the full potential of their data.
  • Enhance Analytics Expertise (20%):
    Stay on the cutting edge of data analytics, server-side tagging, and tracking technologies. Implement advanced solutions that align with updates like iOS14, and continuously innovate to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate and Support (10%):
    Assist our self-serve customers, mentor new team members, and contribute to the development of internal documentation. Share your expertise across teams to enhance overall analytics capabilities.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Customer Success Focus:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing data-driven solutions that align with their tracking goals. Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by proactively addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Technical Mastery:
    Lead comprehensive audits of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, implementing advanced tracking strategies that enhance data accuracy and business insights. Experience with server-side tagging and iOS14 solutions is a major plus.
  • Passion for Learning:
    Thrive in an environment that encourages continuous learning and growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in eCommerce data tracking, and consistently apply new knowledge to client implementations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Support, Account Management, Success, or Sales).
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with the technical know-how to guide clients through complex analytics challenges.
  • Familiarity with startup environments is a plus.
  • Experience in measurement, reporting, and data analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, server-side tagging).
  • A proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
