We are looking for a Bilingual  Operations Manager for a national staffing firm.  Our client is a leading staffing firm specializing in connecting talented individuals with top employers in the light industrial sector.  This role will be pivotal in managing daily operations, overseeing a small team, and partnering strategically with the owner to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly in light industrial environments, and will be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and place a large volume of candidates in light industrial roles.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of recruiters and administrative staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, promoting best practices in recruitment and operations.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the owner to align operational goals with the company's strategic vision and growth objectives.
Specific qualifications for the position include
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, within a staffing or recruitment environment.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, especially in light industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay Rate Range:  $120000 - $150000 per year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
