You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the platform meets user needs and delivers a seamless trading experience.

 

Location: 

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within a 2-hour drive of Charlotte, NC. Occasional travel to the Charlotte office will be required.

 

 

Role:

As a Director Product Management – Experience & Partner Enablementreporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you’ll leverage deep expertise to guide our client and partner-facing experiences. As the “voice of the customer,” you're the go-to person for these products, possessing a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Your knowledge isn't just theoretical; it's grounded in experience and a passion for the product domain. You're not just executing someone else's vision; you're shaping it. You own the product strategy, roadmap, and, ultimately, its success. This includes defining the vision, setting objectives, and making critical decisions that align with business goals. Working in the fast-paced environment at IRALOGIX, you’ll quickly see the direct results of your work. Your decisions drive product development, influence marketing strategies, and directly impact the customer experience. 

 

Responsibilities

The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for experiences. Ensure alignment with the company’s overall business objectives, market needs, and emerging trends in financial technology.
  • Leadership & Management: Lead a cross-functional team, including product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Serve as a mentor and leader for the product team, driving a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Translate insights into product features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with external stakeholders, including IRA providers, 401(k) recordkeepers, retirement-focused advisors, and mutual fund investment providers to identify needs and opportunities for platform enhancements.
  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, feature prioritization, and release management.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform decision-making processes.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure products meet all regulatory requirements and stay compliant with industry standards. Work with legal and compliance teams to manage risk effectively.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in financial technology, AI, automation, and market behavior to ensure our platforms remain competitive and forward-looking.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or product leadership roles, with at least 5 years focused on fintech or related industries.
  • Proven track record of leading complex product initiatives in financial services or trading environments.
  • Deep understanding of the retirement savings and tax-advantaged investment industry.
  • Must be US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible to work in the US permanently
