Business Analyst

You'll advise and partner with clients to provide highly developed domain expertise, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capability knowledge. Identify stakeholders’ business and system requirements and translate or decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. You will also manage business requirements and clarify the intended functional behavior of software for stakeholders.

You Have:
2+ years of experience as a business analyst doing requirements gathering within a DoD environment
Experience with managing helpdesk ticket management
Experience with creating test scenarios
Experience with creating business requirement documentations
Experience working in a SAFe or Agile environment
Ability to manage multiple document deliveries
Ability to develop specific requirements to serve as the build-to specification for development
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with requirements, business, and systems analysis
Ability to contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the user community
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
