Coordinates in the acquisition and installation of hardware, software, databases, and peripherals that meet client needs. Often have focused knowledge of a specific technology or industry. Possesses the necessary technical skills to study and analyze systems needs; and handle systems development, systems process analysis, design and re-engineering
