We are currently seeking a Senior Change Manager to join our team Remote based anywhere in Canada.

Summary:
Currently we are seeking a Change Management Level 3 to lead the organizational change required for the Desktop Service Evolution (DSE) project under the Tech Debt Initiative.

Job Description:
  • Perform change impact assessments (identifying impacted users, level of impact and overall level of impact for project).
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities (interviews for impacted groups to understand the level of impact, user journey maps to describe the change and identify the change management intervention).
  • Participate in regular project meetings to understand the project scope, progress, and identify potential impacts and/or barriers to success that may evolve throughout the project and integrate potential impact and interventions into the change management strategy.
  • Produce change and communication management related documentation (change management strategy, stakeholder analysis, change interventions for each impacted user/group and accompanying plans (e.g., communications and /or learning plans).
  • Develop communication products for the project (key messages, targeted for various audiences (e.g., impacted audiences, stakeholders, innovative marketing communications (e.g., videos) to enterprise-wide employees promoting a product, project, and executive level messaging)
  • Develop feedback questionnaires /surveys (e.g., establishing required survey insights, and measurements of success) to assess the employee user experience during project pilots, and project implementation of modern technology.
  • Evaluating feedback questionnaires/surveys, summarizing the results, and outlining areas for improvements and action plans.
  • Develop and lead questionnaire and /or focus group sessions to various groups (impacted audiences) to obtain a pulse on change readiness in the organization.
  • Process development, process mapping and training.
  • Lead process review sessions.
  • Responsible for leading processes in support of transformation and change management activities.
  • Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders.
  • Create presentations and present to various stakeholders and facilitate meetings and discussions.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have 10+ years of Senior Change Management experience.
  • Must be bilingual (English/French).
  • Must demonstrate, using one (1) or more projects, that you have a minimum of ten (10) years experience within the last fifteen (15) years providing each of the following tasks:
    1. Analysis and development of "critical success factors ".
    2. Analysis and development of requirements design, process development, process mapping and training.
    3. Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities.
    4. Participate in change impact Analysis and change management activities.
    5. Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring)
    6. Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders
    7. Prioritize change requests.
    8. Assess change requests impacts and accept or reject changes.
    9. Create presentations and present to various Stakeholders and facilitate meetings and discussions.
    10. Document using Canada's appropriate information repository.
    11. Change in production and deployment release processes.
  • Must demonstrate, using 5+ projects, each with a minimum duration of 6 consecutive months, in the last 7 years, change management experience in the following:
    1. Software deployments to the cloud (Intune).
    2. Windows update process.

Education:
  • University degree or college/CEGEP Diploma related to computer science, information technology, or engineering from a Canadian post-secondary institution, or equivalent.
  • PROSCI/ADKAR certification would be considered an asset.
  • Public Sector experience considered a huge asset.
