About the Role:

Join the networking revolution! Alkira is reinventing networking for the era of cloud and AI through the industry’s first and only network infrastructure as-a-service offering. We are searching for experienced, creative, and out-of-the-box thinker Partner Solutions Architect to join our rapidly growing channel team. In this critical role you will work closely with channel account managers engaging our key strategic partners in US and around the world in order to drive business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and build strong and trusted relationships with key partner technical contacts
• Training and Enablement: Conduct training, enablement activities and proof-of-concept (POC) for partners to enhance their technical skills and knowledge of Alkira solution, customer use cases, and technical sales tactics
• Solution Development: Work closely with partners to understand customer networking and security needs, and assist in the development of custom solutions that meet those needs
• Content Creation: Develop necessary content in a form of slides, videos and PDFs for partner consumption
• Events and Webinars: Participate in partner and industry events in order to evangelize the Alkira solution and increase Alkira brand recognition
• Competitive Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse in regard to latest industry innovations and arm partners with Alkira competitive differentiation
• Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, sales and marketing to ensure partners receive the necessary support and resources
• Self Learning and Improvement: Keep yourself up-to-date with latest Alkira innovations by conducting hand-on labs, reviewing documentation, taking training and so on

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions architect/engineer or similar technical role, with a focus on partner or customer-facing engagements
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking and security technologies is required! Cloud skills in AWS/Azure/GCP are preferred
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders

What we offer:

• Based on California pay transparency law, the annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. Your actual base salary and level will be determined on a case by case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education and location. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Alkira.
