Corrpro Canada is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for protecting and preserving infrastructure. We provide professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Canada has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any cathodic protection system for any type of structure.

WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Estimate labor, equipment, materials and subcontractors for Cathodic Protection projects

  • Develop project costs and work package specifications using InEight, Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Initiate and recommend solutions to problems related to the product, process and quality systems

  • Produce and distribute production schedules

  • Review the contract or delivery order and its specifications of work

  • Review referenced technical documents along with all pertinent bid-estimating data

  • Develop a planning checklist, maintain planning documents and revisions

  • Distribute Work Package Specifications along with work references

  • Visit job sites to determine appropriate costs and schedules for projects and communicate recommendations to management and the customer

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or Associate degree in an Engineering, Business or Finance related field

  • AMPP / NACE CP Certification preferred

  • 1 years of construction or engineering project estimating experience

  • Knowledge of Cathodic Protection systems helpful

  • Strong software and Internet skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Knowledge of InEight estimating software helpful

  • Strong organizational and multitasking experience, as well as experience working within a busy environment required

  • Experience interacting with customers and strong customer service attitude

  • Must be able to travel 5 - 10% of the time
