Job description

Who We Are:
Cimpress Services' central teams allow us to remain entrepreneurial; to stay small as we grow. These teams enable our businesses to remain laser-focused on their customers and build the tools and services that make Cimpress greater than the sum of our businesses. We are problem solvers. We are storytellers. We are forward thinking. We are relationship builders. This role will join our Cimpress finance team and be the key finance partner for our central technology group (Cimpress Technology). We’re looking for a motivated leader with an interest in technology and a proven track record as a finance partner. This role will own long-range financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, evaluation of financial returns and oversight of financial data flowing through our central technology systems (Mass Customization Platform).

Cimpress Technology develops cutting-edge, best-in-world software that our mass customization businesses use to create personalized products for over 17 million global customers. Our Mass Customization Platform is comprised of modular, multi-tenant services. Our businesses can choose the solutions that work for them, or assemble any custom combination they need. This makes it easier and faster to do things like introduce new products, reach customers and track orders. And this kind of innovation keeps customers coming back. Just last year, Cimpress generated $3B in revenue through customized print products, signage, apparel, packaging and more.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the finance partnering relationship with business partners across the Cimpress Technology organization, establishing trust, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of the group, technology products and relevant financial drivers
  • Own the budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial reporting processes for the Cimpress Technology organization
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive understanding of financial impacts, identify and communicate risks and opportunities
  • Own the preparation of financial updates for quarterly business reviews and other management deliverables
  • Help develop processes for oversight and review of key financial data that resides in our central technology systems, as well as maintain controls over that data and reporting.
  • Support Cimpress businesses with financial insights and reporting by leveraging MCP data
  • Assist the leadership team to develop ad hoc financial models and analysis including business case evaluation for investment returns on past and new investments
  • Support the growth and development of talent including setting goals, coaching, training, and mentoring team members
