Job description

Business Solutions Analyst – Electronic Benefit Payments
Location: Remote
Salary: $85-145k
Sabot Consulting is currently seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, supporting and implementing IT projects, and a proven track record in requirements gathering, UAT testing, and deployments. This position does require government experience with benefit program implementations.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
Support and implement IT solutions to meet business needs.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality.
Manage deployments and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems.

Must Have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
At least 3 years of experience in supporting and implementing IT projects.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, UAT testing, and deployments.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years supporting and/or implementing unemployment insurance or disability insurance payment networks such as Money Network

Nice to have:

7 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with local, state, or federal governments
7 years of experience in supporting and implementing IT projects.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, UAT testing, and deployments.
7 years supporting and/or implementing unemployment insurance or disability insurance payment networks such as Money Network
