• Pay: $25.00/hour
• Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST (4 days remote, 1 day in-office)

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and recover payments from patients and insurance companies for delinquent accounts.
• Initiate outbound calls to facilitate payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with payers such as commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid to resolve issues.
• Partner with customers to identify collection solutions and ensure accurate billing.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 2-3 years of collections experience, specifically in the healthcare sector.
• Expertise in billing, collections, denials follow-up, credit balances, appeals, and familiarity with Medicare and Medi-Cal regulations.
• Experience in managing high-dollar claims is essential.
• Previous experience with EPIC or similar EMR systems is preferred.
