Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a team of consultants across various experience levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Drive business development initiatives by promoting our comprehensive consulting services and cultivating robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee client engagements, prepare proposals, and manage project deliverables to ensure the highest quality consulting outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with other business units to enhance overall client interactions and service delivery.
• Utilize exceptional presentation and writing skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively in English.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in power systems analysis and consulting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical expertise in transmission or distribution principles, with experience in relevant software tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC, PowerGEM TARA, or Aspen OneLiner.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in power systems consulting, particularly with utilities, ISOs, transmission organizations, or renewable developers.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, familiarity with NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, or SPP, and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
