Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team of consultants across various experience levels, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and achievement.
• Drive business development initiatives, promoting our consulting services while cultivating robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Oversee client interactions, manage project proposals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services in collaboration with other business units.
• Employ your strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with practical experience in power systems analysis.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in power systems consulting for utilities, Independent System Operators (ISOs), transmission organizations, or renewable energy developers.
• Expertise in transmission or distribution principles, complemented by advanced proficiency with tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC, PowerGEM TARA, or Aspen OneLiner.
• Strong presentation and writing capabilities in English, alongside proven leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  
  

Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, or SPP is advantageous.
