You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s presence while engaging with customers across both traditional and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Consultant, your primary duty will be to establish meaningful connections with our target market through the creation of compelling content for social media classified advertisements. You will focus on reaching out to homeowners by leveraging internet-generated leads, engaging our existing customer database, and guiding prospective clients through their purchasing journey.

  • Welcome customers warmly and assist them in identifying their desired solutions.
  • Utilize our design program to help customers visualize their ideal structures.
  • Maintain an appealing store presentation and manage incoming calls.
  • Handle inbound leads from various online sources and coordinate meetings with the store team.
  • Conduct customer outreach and follow up on referrals and reviews using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about social media platform updates to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Propose and execute innovative promotional strategies and contests to attract potential customers.
