Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Certified Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in support of the U.S. Army. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in comprehending product vision, refining user stories, validating implementations, and collaborating with developers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to refine user stories.
• Validate the implementation of user stories.
• Develop wireframes and mockups.
• Update business process models in accordance with BPMN best practices.
• Create training materials and guides.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries from development teams.
• Maintain current security clearance.
  
  

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong analytical abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
• Profound understanding of SAFe concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira Software and AWS.
• Familiarity with GitLab.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen.
• Five years of professional experience.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• SAFe certification.
• Active security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with Appian or other low-code platforms.
