Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust core APIs and SDKs tailored for Large Language Models (LLMs) and proprietary Foundation Models (FMs), encompassing training, fine-tuning, and orchestration tasks.
• Architect APIs emphasizing performance, scalability, usability, and governance automation.
• Develop application-specific interfaces that integrate LLMs and FMs to improve experiences for both associates and customers.
• Empower users to innovate by building advanced AI capabilities.
• Create monitoring tools to analyze API access patterns and ensure operational health.
• Collaborate with researchers to establish AI safety measures and guardrails.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient programming skills in Python, Go, Scala, or C/C++.
• Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning applications.
• Strong leadership and mentorship ability in AI and machine learning environments.
• Familiarity with API security, observability, cloud access control, and privacy best practices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and governance automation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of programming experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and deploying machine learning solutions.
• A minimum of 2 years mentoring and leading teams in the AI domain.
