Job Overview

Utilizing cutting-edge AI technology, you will efficiently receive leads and inquiries, assisting clients with their mortgage requirements while establishing strong relationships and providing customized solutions in a dynamic, high-call volume setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to a substantial volume of calls from clients across the country.
Deliver accurate and informative insights regarding mortgage products and services.
Cultivate rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing their specific needs.
Guide clients through their mortgage inquiries and present appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to facilitate seamless communication.
Maintain comprehensive client records and follow up on leads using our advanced CRM system.
Contribute to the company's growth by providing exceptional customer service.
Adhere to company guidelines and schedules, ensuring compliance with closing requirements and loan stipulations.
Effectively handle various loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

Exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.
Experience in a customer service or call center setting; mortgage or finance experience is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of mortgage terms and products is preferred.

Qualifications

Active, valid NMLS license in good standing.
Minimum of two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related experience.
For newly licensed candidates, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required, along with a commitment to complete a month of training.
Availability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
