Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to a substantial volume of calls from clients across the country.
  • Deliver accurate and informative insights regarding mortgage products and services.
  • Cultivate rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing their specific needs.
  • Guide clients through their mortgage inquiries and present appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and follow up on leads using our advanced CRM system.
  • Contribute to the company's growth by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and schedules, ensuring compliance with closing requirements and loan stipulations.
  • Effectively handle various loan types, including Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.
  • Experience in a customer service or call center setting; mortgage or finance experience is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage terms and products is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Active, valid NMLS license in good standing.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related experience.
  • For newly licensed candidates, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required, along with a commitment to complete a month of training.
  • Availability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
