As a Process Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and scalability within our operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, your primary focus will be the development and implementation of automation solutions that significantly improve both internal team capabilities and client experiences. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, placing you at the intersection of technology and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and implement automation strategies that drive operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate extensively with Client Relationship Managers, Portfolio Risk Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop innovative automation solutions utilizing low-code platforms as well as custom development approaches.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new technologies across the organization, ensuring alignment with client service standards.

Required Skills

  • A solid foundation in SQL and JavaScript, along with experience in low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier and Retool.
  • A creative problem-solving mindset, consistently striving for the most efficient solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An adaptable nature, thriving in dynamic environments and quickly mastering new systems.
  • Understanding of how automation and technology can translate into business value, with an ability to align efforts with company objectives.
