Job Overview

We are a rapidly expanding manufacturing organization seeking a visionary Supply Chain Director to join our executive leadership team. This remote position will allow you to significantly influence our supply chain operations, collaborating closely with the Senior VP of Operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness from procurement through to product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all supply chain activities, ensuring optimal operations.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with our organizational objectives.
• Enhance logistics processes to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with key departments including procurement, production, quality assurance, and sales to foster a cohesive supply chain.
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and high performance.
