Responsibilities

At CooperSurgical we are looking to recruit an experienced Territory Manager for Northern and Central London.

You will be part of an evolving, dynamic and successful, expanding sales team (7) with a focus on Medical Devices primarily in the theatre and out patient space, reporting to the Sales Manager- UK.

This position is field based, with a primary call point of hospitals, with a particular focus in and around the operating rooms and delivery suites. This is an exciting opportunity, where you will have fully responsibility and ownership in developing and supporting the transition of newly acquired products, alongside established products in the market, as well as supporting the launch of new and unique products.

Position

As a Territory Manager with CooperSurgical, your primary role will be meeting customers and driving sales growth within our existing and expanding gynecology and obstetrics portfolio. You will have experience creating strong customer relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within private and public hospitals, with a key focus on training and selling in operating rooms and delivery suites. You will already know how to create a territory plan and execute on the activities that support your sales targets and KPI. You have an eye for business opportunities and skills to implement market strategies. You are self-motivated, driven, with a positive and energetic personality. You enjoy delivering results and working in a team. With a can-do attitude you will support your colleagues, as they in turn support you, sharing skills and knowledge along the way. To become a success in this role you will drive new product launch in the market, acquire new customers and be the go-to person for KOL and relevant stakeholders within Gyn/Obst.

Qualifications

  • + 3- 5 years of experience in a field sales role and operating room sales experience
