Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience paid via Ontop

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST

Job Overview:

They are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the lead conversion process. You will act as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, qualifying and converting leads to support our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the US insurance industry and proven success in client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle both outbound and inbound customer calls.
  • Set appointments between brokerages and our sales team.
  • Promote products and services, including upcoming webinars.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and addressing brokerage needs.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships while qualifying leads.
  • Track and update client profiles in our CRM system.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an SDR.
  • Experience working with CRM systems; Zoho CRM preferred.
  • Well-equipped home office with a noise-free environment, a computer with at least 8GB RAM, an internet speed of at least 40-50 Mbps, and a USB-type headset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to the US insurance industry.
  • 2 years of management experience with remote teams.
