Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with leads, past clients, and referrals, converting appointments into executed contracts.
  • Utilize proven scripts to articulate the value proposition and adeptly address client objections.
  • Maintain and expand your database using a CRM system, ensuring organized outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts while prioritizing the best interests of your clients.
  • Monitor and report on productivity and sales metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay current on local real estate trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain a valid real estate license and fulfill ongoing education requirements.
  • Ensure a clean, well-maintained vehicle, along with an active driver’s license and insurance.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car are essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or within the real estate sector is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market conditions and industry trends is advantageous.
