Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Address customer inquiries related to orders, products, and shipping information.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a focus on delivering a quick and satisfactory solution.
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance product offerings and customer support strategies.
Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with products and latest e-commerce trends.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written), with strong communication skills.
Proficient in English for effective collaboration.
Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Positive attitude and eagerness to provide a great customer experience.
