Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the e-commerce sector.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and product information.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, and website navigation.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service or e-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
