Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Security Engineer to join our dynamic Coca Cola HBC Cyber Threat Protection team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud infrastructures. You will work closely with our DevOps, IT, and development teams to ensure our cloud environments are resilient against cyber threats and compliant with industry standards.


YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Implement Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and enforce security architectures and practices across our cloud environments on Azure

• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Create and manage roles, permissions, and policies to ensure least privilege access.

• Data Protection: Implement encryption mechanisms for data at rest, in transit, and in use, and manage encryption keys securely.

• Threat Modeling: Analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities in cloud systems, and design countermeasures to mitigate risks.

• Security Automation: Automate security tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and other tools to improve response times and reduce human error.

• Compliance Management: Ensure cloud environments adhere to industry security best practices (e.g. CIS, CAF)

• Risk Assessment: Continuously assess risks associated with cloud services and applications, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Collaboration and Training: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to foster a culture of security awareness and best practices.

• Security Documentation: Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and architecture diagrams.

• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex security issues, applying effective problem-solving strategies to ensure minimal downtime and risk.

• Reporting: Prepare reports for stakeholders, highlighting security posture, and compliance status on Microsoft Defender for Cloud.


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Security.

• 3+ years of experience in cloud security, with hands-on experience in Azure.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, encryption, and network security.

• Experience with security tools: Cloud-native security tools Azure Security Center/Defender for Cloud.

• Experience with automation tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible within Azure.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
