Remote Part-Time Intelligence Training Instructor | WFH

Job Overview

We are actively seeking an accomplished and dedicated Intelligence Training Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role supports a prominent U.S. government agency located in the Springfield, VA area and entails delivering specialized training to government personnel through a variety of formats, including 3-day workshops and eight-week programs.

Key Responsibilities

As an Intelligence Training Instructor, you will:

• Provide exemplary instruction on critical topics including:
• Intelligence collection and analytic tradecraft
• Data science applications in intelligence
• Presentational tradecraft
• Legal and ethical considerations relevant to intelligence
• Analytic leadership and management
• Cyber analysis and counterintelligence
• Threat detection and reporting
• Collaboration and information sharing
• Assess student performance and deliver constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain awareness of the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in the intelligence community to ensure instruction remains relevant and impactful.
  

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of expertise in intelligence as it pertains to the subject matter taught.
• At least five years of hands-on operational experience in pertinent methodologies such as analytic tradecraft.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Intelligence, Political Science, Data Science).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for engaging and instructing adult learners effectively.
