Come and join us as our new Customer Success Consultant where you will be given the opportunity to touch the lives of learners across Saudi Arabia and experience first-hand the impact our solutions have on students and educators alike.
How can you make an impact?
You will build strong, enduring relationships with our Higher Education customers, focusing on customer experience that in turn, leads to business growth. Our new Customer Success Consultant will ensure our customers are deriving maximum value from our Higher Education digital solutions and platforms, namely Connect, Aleks, and SIMnet.
What you will doing:
Ensuring our customers experience a smooth and informative on boarding process - making the transition to our learning solutions and services as seamless as possible.
Serving as a link between our customers and internal teams - advocate for customer needs within McGraw Hill to help shape product development and service enhancements.
Using data and analytics born from our products, engage with instructors to deepen usage, and report internally and externally on activation dashboards.
Partnering with our field sales team to maintain excellent customer service and account support.
Providing platform training.
Implementing strategies that help to retain existing customers and reduce customer turnover.
You should apply if:
You have previous experience working with Higher Education Learning Management Systems (LMS).
You understand the use of digital teaching and technology-led teaching models in the Higher Education sector.
You have previous experience working in a customer success or customer engagement environment.
You can work effectively to deliver projects in complex multi-vendor environments - managing timelines, stakeholder deliverables, and expectations.
You have experience of analytics and translating data into insights.
You have a valid driving licence. The role does require you to travel across the Kingdom.
