Hi There, This is Cecília from CI&T!

I am a Talent Attraction Analyst seeking candidates located in Colombia for a System Architect position to join our innovation team and work on a project in the automotive sector. This project is in the discovery phase, and the goal is to propose a new technical solution based on a legacy system written in ASP.NET.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in building, enhancing, and maintaining applications.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security and performance best practices.
- Create and maintain necessary documentation for clients.
Troubleshoot technical issues, providing guidance and solutions.
- Communicate with customer team members to align technical solutions.
- Understand requirements and propose viable technical solutions using appropriate frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Ensure a stable and productive development environment.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
- Conduct discovery of the current ASP.NET system to understand its functionalities and architecture.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Propose documentation improvements and technological innovations for integration into new solutions.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation solutions.


Requirements
- Solid experience in software architecture design, defining frameworks and technologies that align with business needs.
- Experience building Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ability to create POCs/MVPs quickly and effectively.
- Experience in .NET development (ASP.NET, C#).
- Familiarity with undocumented environments.
- Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Kotlin).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in legacy system modernization projects.
- Knowledge of agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Advanced English proficiency for conversation.
