Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer to join our team and help automate

business processes using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong

understanding of RPA concepts, hands-on experience in developing automation

workflows, and a keen ability to collaborate with business analysts, project managers,

and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, Develop, and Deploy RPA Solutions:

Analyze, design, and develop automated workflows using the UiPath platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes and gather requirements for automation.
Develop efficient, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions that meet business needs.

Support and Maintain Automation:

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed automations.
Perform routine maintenance and updates to improve system efficiency.
Monitor automation workflows and handle exceptions or failures.

Process Analysis:

Work closely with business analysts and subject matter experts to map out existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
Conduct feasibility analysis to assess the viability of automating business processes.

Documentation and Best Practices:

Document RPA processes and provide detailed design and solution documentation.
Follow coding standards and maintain proper version control and testing methodologies.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Business Analysts, Project Managers) to ensure successful implementation and integration of automation solutions.
Work with other developers to share knowledge and improve automation solutions.

Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.
Strong understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.
Experience in developing workflows, reusable components, and libraries.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java (depending on the project requirements).
Knowledge of API integration and database queries (SQL).

Experience:

2-3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
Previous experience with end-to-end RPA implementations, from process
design to deployment and support.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into
automated workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize automation solutions.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and
present technical concepts to non-technical users.
Team-oriented and capable of working in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer).
Experience in automating complex processes involving multiple systems and integrations.
Familiarity with other RPA platforms like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
