Who You Are

You are a motivated individual with a high capacity for learning, analyzing, reasoning, and problem solving. You also excel at communication and working with a variety of stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operations and designing workflows and production processes within the authentication center (AC) to reduce inefficiency while still meeting customer needs.  You may also support other projects and initiatives in the Continuous Improvement (CI) department, providing data collection, process analysis, or other related functions to projects.

The Impact You Will Make Here 
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks

  • Design and implement efficient processes/systems for receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations. 

  • Develop and recommend process enhancements, including streamlined workflows, automated solutions, and new methodologies to increase productivity and reduce costs

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness

  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. 

  • Design and optimize warehouse layout considering the flow of goods, space utilization, and safety regulations to ensure efficient material handling and storage. 

  • Partner with other Continuous Improvement teams to support process development and improvement projects

What You Bring to the Team
  • 2-3 years of statistical data analysis in Supply Chain setting, or equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment

  • Strong computer skills, specifically Google Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across a wide array of teams

  • 4-year collegiate degree in engineering, statistics, business, or a related field (desirable)

  • Proficient in the use of process mapping and analysis tools (e.g. MS Visio, Lucidchart) (desirable)

  • Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) (desirable)

  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (desirable)

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) (desirable)

 

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$61,200 - $94,050

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
