5+ years of payroll experience with heavy labor exposure in companies with 2000+ employees, Bachelor's degree required, 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, Deltek Costpoint experience, Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and Cognos reporting.
Key responsabilities:
- Conduct daily audits of employee timesheets for 8000 employees across 1000 contracts
- Perform weekly labor posting to Costpoint and review General Ledger for accurate postings
- Ensure net to zero balance between payroll and labor; make weekly timesheet corrections
- Assist with changes in allowances and labor-related inquiries
- Collaborate with Project Controllers to support project labor needs
