Job description

Due to continued expansion, we have created a new position for three Payments Specialists to join our treasury team based in the Philippines.

Work shift:

Mon-Fri 4.30pm - 1.00am PH Time - This is a 6 month contract

Mon-Fri 5.00pm - 01:30am PH Time - This is a permanent role

Responsibilities

  • Working on databases
  • Filling in information regarding bank transfers
  • Checking bank details and other information (IBAN, SWIFTS, etc)
  • Inputting payments into online banking platforms
  • Working with Excel
  • Manage queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contact banks by e-mail and phone when needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience with inputting payments
  • Excellent command of English is a must - both written and spoken
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products
