Key responsabilities:
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers
- Onboard and ensure customer success with CrowdStrike platforms
- Research technical issues and provide recommendations
- Maintain overall resolution control for escalated cases
- Support sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities
