What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Marketing Team Lead to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the content strategy, creation, and execution across various channels to drive engagement, Company TOV, messaging guidelines, and content creation for lead generation. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of content marketing trends, and the ability to align content efforts with overall business goals.


How will you make an impact?

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and lead the overall content marketing strategy, messaging, and TOV.

· Oversee the creation of high-quality content across all formats (blogs, white papers, case studies, eBooks, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, Product Marketing, PR, AR, demand generation, and design to create compelling content that supports demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

· Manage and mentor a team of content creators, writers, and editors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high standards.

· Optimize content according to SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

· Develop content calendars and manage workflows to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

· Track and analyze the performance of content initiatives through key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats to ensure the content remains fresh and competitive.


Requirements

What is needed to succeed?

· Proven experience as a content marketer, content strategist, or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity – MUST.

· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong portfolio of published content – MUST.

· Experience managing content across digital channels including websites, blogs, and social media platforms – MUST.

· Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on content performance.

· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and Monday.com project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in B2B tech, preference to Cyber

· Familiarity with content personalization and segmentation strategies.
