We are hiring for the exciting position of Global and Regional Pharma Marketing Lead. This role is key to driving the market value proposition for Lonza CHI’s pharmaceutical portfolio across EMEA and globally, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth.

As the Pharma Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in aligning global strategies with regional needs while implementing a digital-first marketing approach that drives revenue. You will act as a strategic connector between marketing, sales, and customer insights, leveraging data-driven insights to enable sales teams and shape the market perception of our pharmaceutical portfolio. A core part of the role will be to adapt global campaigns to regional needs to generate visibility, increase lead generation, and contribute to the company's top-line growth. Your efforts will ensure that our pharma portfolio is well-positioned in the regional market and that digital campaigns actively convert engagement into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In close connection with the global marketing organization, develop and lead execution of marketing strategies that directly impacts revenue growth through enhanced lead generation and customer engagement at EMEA level.

  • Implement revenue-driven digital marketing initiatives such as webinars, paid media, social media, e-mail marketing, digital advertising, sales enablement …

  • Leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences and align with evolving market needs.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to provide insights, tools, and content that support sales enablement and drive effective customer engagement.

  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs, equipping the salesforce with the resources needed to convert leads into customers.

  • Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, with a focus on metrics tied to lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue contribution.

  • Develop and execute thought leadership programs through digital channels, positioning CHI as a leader in the pharmaceutical market.

Key requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • 2- 5 years of experience in marketing, with proven expertise in digital marketing and revenue generation within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.

  • Strong track record of executing revenue-generating digital campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

  • Fluent in English.
