This role offers remote, hybrid or on site working aligned with one of our sites in either Huntingdon, Harrogate or Eye.
Duties Include:
Preparing and assisting in maintaining program documentation tools, such as Gantt charts, Timelines, study trackers, financial trackers, communication plans, risk logs, action trackers, etc. for each assigned program or portfolio
Providing support to Program Manager with KPI generation
Providing logistical support for program kick off meetings and client visits
Participating in work-streams involving process improvements
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with a global team

Education / Qualifications:
Skills / Experience:
Demonstrable experience within a science related environment required; CRO experience preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and manage multiple changing priorities
Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client needs
Planning and organizational skills
Computer proficiency with good working knowledge of a range of I.T packages
Ability to work with financial information
Capable of working autonomously but also in a team environment
