This role offers remote, hybrid or on site working aligned with one of our sites in either Huntingdon, Harrogate or Eye.

Duties Include:

• Preparing and assisting in maintaining program documentation tools, such as Gantt charts, Timelines, study trackers, financial trackers, communication plans, risk logs, action trackers, etc. for each assigned program or portfolio

• Providing support to Program Manager with KPI generation

• Providing logistical support for program kick off meetings and client visits

• Participating in work-streams involving process improvements

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with a global team

Education / Qualifications:

• BSc in the Life Sciences field or equivalent industry experience

Skills / Experience:

• Demonstrable experience within a science related environment required; CRO experience preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks and manage multiple changing priorities

• Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client needs

• Planning and organizational skills

• Computer proficiency with good working knowledge of a range of I.T packages

• Ability to work with financial information

• Capable of working autonomously but also in a team environment
