Job description

Job title: Reliability Manager 

Job Location: Remote/Home based 

About the role -  

Responsible for managing the overall contract performance and driving consistency across multiple client locations. You will have a high-level understanding of reliability contracts and service delivery. You will have a proven record successfully managing teams delivering “best in class” service, implementing Condition Monitoring initiatives and delivering results to clients through quantitative uptime performance improvements. 

You will be well versed in a range of condition monitoring techniques and methodologies, including but not limited to Lubrication, Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography and Ultrasound. 

  • Direct report for the five ERIKS reliability leads responsible for delivering embedded services across the client’s five GB sites.  

  • Demonstrating and promoting Health and Safety in the workplace – felt leadership.  

  • Compliance auditing of ERIKS Safe Systems of Work across client’s GB sites.  

  • Ensuring best practice and continual Improvement of defined services across client’s sites.  

  • Drive and promote innovative and future technologies [Smart Asset Management] .

  • Track and report performance indicators through contract Balance Score Card.  

  • Attend joint reliability meetings with key client stakeholders to present ERIKS performance indicators and drive improvements.  

  • Supporting on-site reliability teams with training, coaching, and mentoring driving best in class service delivery.  

  • Hosting regular meetings with ERIKS on-site team leads to review performance, opportunities, and challenges. 

Hours Of Work -

08:00 - 17:00 - Mon to Fri

40 Hours per week

About you – 

  • Specific technical, specialised, or professional know-how needed.  

  • Knowledge of reliability functions and methodologies.  

  • Understanding of reliability contract SLA’s, fulfilment and obligations.  

  • Minimum vocational/academic qualifications required.  
    - GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics.   

  • Professional Qualification required  

  • Higher National Certificate in Leadership and Management or equivalent.  

  • Minimum ISO18436 level 1 certified in a CM technique.  

  • IOSH & CCNSG.  

  • Knowledge and high level of proficiency in the use of IT software packages is essential, including Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
