We are seeking a dedicated Artificial Intelligence Training Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing innovative training programs in data science and artificial intelligence (AI) that make a significant impact within the federal government. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging training programs tailored to diverse learning preferences.
• Create a variety of instructional materials, performance support tools, and interactive learning experiences, both online and in-person.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather insights, integrate feedback, and ensure the relevance and accuracy of learning content.
• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives using evaluation methodologies, including the Kirkpatrick Model, to enhance program impact.
• Champion data literacy initiatives across the federal government through innovative instructional design and teaching strategies.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data science tools, such as R or Python, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles and user-centered design.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with authoring tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, or Storyline.
• Proven expertise in creating AI training and developing tailored learning strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and training program evaluation techniques.
