• Lead distributed teams, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies to achieve project goals.

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
• Provide guidance to development teams on Blue Yonder ESP and OP implementations.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing substantial product development projects focused on supply chain systems.
• Strong expertise in Blue Yonder ESP and OP.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Familiar with the OKRs framework for effective project planning and execution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams across different geographic locations.
• Competence in Microsoft Office 365, Project Online, and other relevant project management software.
