The Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead on designing the UX and UI for our new ERP system, ensuring a flawless user experience.

Designing engaging and intuitive solutions for our digital products, you will develop and refine designs through rapid prototyping and interactive design methodologies.

You will also conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts, continuously working to improve the user experience.

Additionally, you will:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve consistency

- Use Figma and other design tools

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and tech

About You

To be considered as a Senior UX Designer, you will need:

- Experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing

- Expertise in Figma, including prototyping, design systems and collaboration features

- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- A strong understanding of user-centred design principles

- The ability to articulate design decisions and gather feedback effectively
