Job Description for Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads who have engaged with email marketing campaigns
  • Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate services to potential clients
  • Qualify leads and gather essential information about business needs
  • Schedule introductory calls with senior team members or perform live transfers
  • Handle calls and close deals if needed
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volumes and lead conversions
  • Update CRM systems and spreadsheets with accurate lead information
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, potentially including evenings

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in sales, preferably in financial or legal services
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex service offerings
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
  • With performance-based incentives
