This is a remote position.

Job Overview

Schedule: 20 Hours/Week Monday to Friday 9 AM - 1 PM AEST

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives for our Leadership and Executive Training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in creating, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth. You will be focused on the corporate B2B market, working closely with the sales, content, and product teams to help position our leadership development solutions effectively in a competitive landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, experience with B2B lead generation, and a passion for helping businesses and professionals grow through leadership training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy to promote leadership and executive training services, aligning with business goals.
  • Help create annual and quarterly marketing plans, including defining target audiences, key messaging, and campaign timelines.
  • Support analysis of industry trends and market competition to position the company’s services effectively.

Lead Generation and Campaign Management:

  • Assist in driving lead generation through integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, social media, content marketing).
  • Support the management of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring optimal performance, CPC, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to help develop lead nurturing strategies and ensure effective lead-to-sale conversion.

Content Development and Messaging:

  • Assist in overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, email newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and help align content with the brand’s voice and values.
  • Work with content writers and designers to develop engaging content that resonates with decision-makers in HR, leadership, and executive roles.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Use data analytics to help track, measure, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g. traffic, leads, conversion rates, and ROI).
  • Provide regular reports to the management team, including insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Assist in running A/B tests on various aspects of campaigns (ad copy, email content, landing pages) to maximize effectiveness.

SEO and Website Optimization:

  • Work with SEO specialists to ensure the website ranks well for targeted keywords related to leadership training and development.
  • Assist in managing website content and landing pages to ensure high conversion rates and optimal user experience.

Social Media and Thought Leadership:

  • Help manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including regular content posting, engagement, and interaction with followers.
  • Support establishing the company as a thought leader in leadership development through webinars, podcasts, or live events.
  • Engage with industry influencers to expand reach and credibility.

Partnership and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with external partners such as content creators, influencers, and training professionals to expand brand awareness.
  • Assist in developing co-marketing initiatives with other businesses and professional networks to increase market penetration.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across channels and campaigns.
  • Track spending and ensure marketing efforts deliver positive ROI.


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines


Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • Professional certification (ex: Professional Certified Marketer)
  • Experience in content development and website design
  • Experience with relevant markets and trends
