This is a remote position.
Scope:
Work during Los Angeles, CA Time hours; flexible hours
Potential for full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (20 hours per week) position
Remote work with occasional client-facing responsibilities
Collaborate with content creators and agency leadership
Adapt to evolving client needs and marketing trends
Responsibilities:
Manage social media calendars for multiple accounts
Organize, edit, and slot content (video and images) from various creators according to the calendar
Perform community management tasks, including responding to DMs and comments on social media platforms
Handle client-facing tasks and communications when needed
Create basic graphics using Canva, particularly for podcast-related content
Edit and prepare static posts for social media platforms
Craft email graphics on canva and programming them on Klaviyo
Use opusclip to create short videos of my podcasts.
Perform email outreach to brands and influencers for partnership inquiries
Requirements:
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills in English
Experience with Canva for basic graphic design
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices
