Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Full-time,  Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST with an hour unpaid break

Conduct first-round interviews and assess sales talent interested in joining our industry-leading sales platform. Engage top candidates around exciting earning potential and close interviews by selling them on joining our company.

Initial Candidate Screening:
  • Review resumes and applications for relevant experience in sales, particularly in selling to independent retail stores.
  • Use an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track and manage incoming candidates.
  • Verify that candidates meet the minimum requirement of 3+ years of sourcing and interviewing sales talent.

Pre-Interview Preparation:
  • Set up Zoom accounts and ensure candidates are familiar with video interview processes.
  • Provide candidates with company background, sales platform details, and an overview of the brands they’ll be representing.
  • Prepare a list of questions to assess experience, communication skills, and ability to engage with clients.
  • Coordinate with candidates to confirm interview schedules and address any technical issues.
First-Round Interviews:
  • Conduct structured interviews focused on the candidate's experience in sourcing sales talent, handling sales roles, and knowledge of independent retail sales.
  • Assess verbal communication skills and ensure they meet the company’s preference for minimal accent.
  • Evaluate the candidate’s comfort with working remotely, self-motivation, and fit for the company culture.
Post-Interview Follow-Up:
  • Send personalized follow-up emails to candidates after their interviews to maintain engagement and interest in the opportunity.
  • Provide additional details about the role, company culture, earning potential, and benefits of joining the platform.
  • Confirm next steps in the hiring process and keep the candidate updated on their status.
Sales Platform Training:
  • Arrange onboarding sessions to train selected candidates on the sales platform.
  • Provide access to training materials, videos, and other resources about the 250+ brands they’ll represent.
  • Set up Zoom calls with current team members to share experiences and tips on succeeding within the company.

Onboarding Completion:
  • Collect necessary documentation (e.g., employment contracts, NDAs) and confirm start dates.
  • Schedule final orientation sessions to go over company policies, reporting structure, and ongoing performance expectations.
  • Set up communication channels with internal teams for ongoing support.


Requirements
  • 3+ years experience sourcing and interviewing sales candidates
  • Ability to qualify relevant experience and then convince candidates to join the company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter comfortable working remote
  • Presentable on Zoom
  • Proven experience hiring blue collar jobs
  • Minimal to no accent required
