Job description

This is a remote position.

At least half of working hours during North American eastern time zone 9:00 - 5:00
20 hours a week Part time (ongoing role)
Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, maintaining our website and blog, managing social media platforms, and supporting the sales team with scheduling and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tech or software space and demonstrate creativity, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the company website and blog with fresh content
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Post regular updates to social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Prepare engaging graphics for use across social media and marketing materials
  • Monitor the sales inbox, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Prepare newsletters for customers and prospects, ensuring timely delivery of relevant content
  • Organize and manage digital assets such as logos, slide decks, proposal templates, and presentations
  • Assist with planning and organizing events, including handling bookings, registrations, ordering supplies, and arranging shipments
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing team

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the software or tech space (SaaS, B2B, CRM, etc.) is a strong asset

  • Creativity and graphic design skills for preparing marketing materials and social media content
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
