Job Description

The Talent Acquisition team is on a multi-year journey to improve and innovate how we attract, recruit and engage talent. The Contingent Workforce Coordinator is central to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Operations Manager but working closely with the Contingent Workforce Operations Lead.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure a seamless contingent workforce engagement experience whilst contributing to the uplift of our contingent workforce organisational maturity. This will be achieved in an agile, ever-changing, dynamic work environment. This is a place where delighting our customers, quality outcomes and ongoing process improvements are the measure of success. As our professional Contingent Workforce Coordinator, you will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with high energy and a positive attitude. You will be someone who efficiently and successfully facilitates the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle, has a passion for operational excellence, enthusiastically tackles project work activities and likes to have fun along the way.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage the end-to-end third-party contractor process, including vendor engagement, onboarding, contractor management and offboarding
  • Monitor compliance with contingent workforce regulations and guidelines, including labour laws and vendor management standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contingent worker information
  • Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other vendors providing contingent workers
  • Management of the third-party contractor inbox and other support channels, ensuring all requests and candidate communications are actioned with speed and efficiency
  • Management of the Leaders Resources - Contingent (intranet page), including all the collateral that sits within and collaborating with our communications team to ensure collateral is up to date from a branding and accuracy perspective.

Qualifications
  • Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring documents and emails are proofread before sending to internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer-first, professional manner in style, presentation, communication, and delivery
  • Task, results, and delivery focused with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a must-have
  • Highly motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Previous exposure to contingent workforce or experience in a recruitment team would be highly advantageous but not essential.
